We have a diverse clientele, composed primarily of SMES, associations, federations, foreign companies and major French and international groups. We also provide services to many innovative and promising start-ups.
In order to avoid any conflicts of interests with our clients, we do not provide our services to any of the leading systems integrators or large software publishers that have been the opposing parties in many of our major IT contractual negotiations and legal cases over the last 15 years.
In terms of copyright law, we represent several audio-visual producers, artists, authors, designers, professional photographers and their beneficiaries.
We work with several commercial law firms, based in Paris and abroad, who call upon our expertise in Information Technology and Intellectual Property law.
